Druid City SitesTuscaloosa, AL
Text Ben

A real website, live in 7 days, from a local person you can text.

Tuscaloosa, Northport, Birmingham. One page from $750, four to six pages $1,500. Your own domain, a form that emails you, edits by text.

Text me today and the site is live seven days later.

Six sample sites. None of these are real businesses.

I built these to show what a week produces and how far apart two sites from the same week can look. Six trades, six palettes, six layouts. Your site would be built the same way, from your photos, your prices, and your words, so it should not look like any of these either.

  1. Sweet Home Bakery

Bread, pulled at four in the morning.

    Order a pie

Sweet Home Bakery A bakery that sells out by noon, so the menu and the hours are the whole first screen and the order button never leaves the thumb. Sample design, Launch tier
  2. Cold Front Heating & Air

Out on a Sunday? So am I.

    (205) 555‑0148

Same‑day repair · flat rate, quoted first

Cold Front Heating & Air Emergency trade. The number is the largest thing on the page and it dials on tap, because nobody reads an HVAC site at noon. Sample design, Launch tier
  3. Riverbend Family DentalServices   Our team   New patients

    Dentistry without the lecture.

    Evening visits Tuesday and Thursday.

    Book a visit

Riverbend Family Dental A practice competing on calm. Quiet palette, wide margins, and booking reachable from every screen without a phone call. Sample design, Business tier
  4. Northport Barber Co.

    Est. 1994 · Walk‑ins until 5

Northport Barber Co. No stock photography anywhere. The type is the whole design, the prices are on the first screen, and the queue link sits under them. Sample design, Launch tier
  5. Green Line Lawn & Landscape

    Mowing, beds, and cleanup.

Tuscaloosa and Northport, weekly or one time.

    Get a quote

    Send

Green Line Lawn & Landscape Seasonal work that lives or dies on quote requests, so the form sits beside the headline instead of at the bottom of the page. Sample design, Business tier
  6. Sixth Street AutoSame day

    Diagnosed before we touch it.

    Oil and filter$65
    Brake pads, front$210
    Check engine scanFree

    Book a bay

Sixth Street Auto A shop that wins on trust, so the prices and the wait times are published in a table rather than hidden behind a quote form. Sample design, Business tier

What happens in the seven days.

Day 1 is the day you text. The row with the mark is today, so you can see where your week would start. Every site goes through the same seven days; the Business tier adds a second round of edits on day 6.

  1. Day 1Text

    You text me.

I send back a one-page agreement and a payment link. Half to start. You send photos, hours, services, and whatever you already have on Facebook or Instagram.

  2. Day 2Draft

    I write the first draft.

From what you sent and what Google already knows about you. Your words, cleaned up. Nothing invented. Anything I do not know gets a bracket, not a guess.

  3. Day 3Preview

You see it on your phone.

A link, not a PDF. Open it where your customers will. Show it to whoever you show things to.

  4. Day 4Edits

    Your edits, one list.

Text me every change in one message or one call. I make them the same day. New pages or features get quoted separately so nothing is a surprise.

  5. Day 5Wiring

    Domain, form, Google.

Your domain pointed, SSL on, the form emails you, your Google Business Profile set up or fixed so the map pin, hours, and site link agree.

  6. Day 6Check

    Speed and phone check.

Tested on real phones. Share previews for texts and Facebook. Business tier gets its second round of edits here.

  7. Day 7Live

    Live.

Second half due. If you were on Wix, GoDaddy, or Squarespace, I cancel it with you. From here, edits are a text away.

Who the week works for, and who it does not.

I would rather say this now than on day 4. Most of what is in the second column is good work. It is just not a seven-day job at this price.

Text me

  • You run the business yourself and you can answer a text the same day.
  • You have photos on your phone, or you will let me come take some.
  • You know your prices, your hours, and how far you will drive.
  • You want the phone to ring. You are not trying to win a design award.
  • You are paying a builder $16 to $50 a month for something you cannot stand.

Do not text me

  • You need checkout or booking wired into a register or a scheduling system your staff already runs. That is the Shop / Pro tier, quoted per project, and it is not a seven-day job.
  • You cannot get me photos, hours, and prices in the first two days. The week only holds if you answer.
  • You want naming, signage, packaging, and a brand book. I write your copy and I can put logo options in front of you, but I am not a brand studio.
  • You are shopping on price alone. Wix is $16 a month and it will always beat me on that one number.
  • You want a weekly call and three directions to pick from. I send one link on day 3 and you send one list back.

Prices. The same ones I quote in person.

Half to start, half at launch. The care plan starts the month after launch, and you can cancel it any time and keep the files and the domain.

Tier What you get One time Care plan
LaunchNo site yet, or only a Facebook page One long page: what you do, about you, reviews, a few questions answered, a quote or contact form, map, and hours. Domain, hosting, SSL, Google Business Profile. One round of edits. $750 $35/mo
Shop / ProYou sell or book online Everything in Business plus checkout, or booking and scheduling, a product or menu catalog, and a blog if you will use one. Quoted per project. $2,500 and up $95/mo
Tune-upYou have a site I can edit Speed and phone fixes, new photos, a reviews section, tap-to-call, Google Business Profile, the map code, share previews. One round of edits. Static or WordPress sites only. $400 $35/mo, optional

The day 3 out.

On day 3 you open the whole site on your phone. If it is not what you wanted, text me that day and I send the deposit back in full. I keep the draft, you keep your money. After day 4, once I have made your edits, the build runs through to launch.

The care plan covers

  • Domain renewal, hosting, SSL
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Small edits every month: photos, prices, hours, staff
  • A quarterly check on speed, links, and your Google listing
  • A short monthly email on how the site did

Pay a year up front and get two months free. Cancel any time. You keep the site files and the domain, and I help you move.

Add-ons

  • Logo cleanup, your mark redrawn as a crisp file$150
  • Photo hour on site, edited for web and social$150
  • Extra page beyond the tier$150
  • Google Business Profile optimization$150
  • QR cards, design only$75
  • Rush: first version in 3 days$300

A round of edits is one combined list of changes. Upgrade a tier any time for the difference. Cards through Stripe; Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App with no fee.

Already have a site? Two ways to go.

Rebuild

Your site is old, slow, hard to read on a phone, or on Wix, GoDaddy, or Squarespace.

Same price as a new site at either tier. I keep your domain, move every page and photo, and set up redirects so what Google already knows about you carries over. Then I cancel the builder subscription with you. Most builder bills run $16 to $50 a month, which covers most of the care plan.

How I show it: your current site and the new one side by side on a phone, built from your own content, before you pay anything.

What each builder lets you leave with

Tune-up

Your site is fine but stale, or missing the pieces that turn a visit into a call: tap-to-call, reviews, a Google listing that matches.

$400 once. I keep what works and fix what is costing you calls. Only on sites I can edit, which means static HTML or WordPress. Builder sites get the Rebuild instead.

Most tune-ups turn into a care plan within a month, and that is fine either way.

Questions I get asked by text.

These are the ones that come up before somebody says go. If yours is not here, ask me and I will add it.

Do I have to write anything?

No. On day 2 I write the first draft from what you send me and what Google already has about you. You read it and tell me what is wrong. Anything I do not know goes in a bracket instead of a guess.

What if I do not like the draft?

Day 3 is the out. You see the site on your phone, and if it is not what you wanted, text me that day and I refund the deposit in full. After your edits on day 4 the build runs through to launch.

Who owns the site if I stop paying you?

You do, from day 7. The files and the domain are in your name. You can cancel the care plan any time, keep everything, and I will help you move it wherever you want to go.

I already have a domain. Is that a problem?

No, keep it. I point it at the new site and you stay the owner the whole time. If it is tangled up inside a GoDaddy or Wix account, I will do that part on a screen share with you.

What if the week slips because of me?

It waits, and it costs nothing extra. The seven days are seven of my working days and the clock picks back up when you answer. I do ask that you tell me, so I am not holding the week open for someone who has changed their mind.

Can you just fix the site I already have?

Sometimes. The $400 tune-up works on static HTML and on WordPress, which covers most sites a previous developer handed you. Wix, GoDaddy, and Squarespace sites I cannot get into and edit properly, so those get the Rebuild at the normal tier price.

Do you do logos?

If you have a mark already, $150 redraws it as a crisp file that holds up on a sign and on a phone. If you have nothing, I will put a few options in front of you during the week and we agree on the price before I start.

What happens when something breaks?

Text me. On the care plan I am watching uptime and I fix it. Off the care plan I still answer, and small things are usually free. It is static HTML on Cloudflare, so there is no plugin to update and not much that can break in the first place.

Why is this less than the agency downtown?

There is one of me. No account manager, no project manager, and no office to keep the lights on in. I also build one kind of thing, a fast site for a local business, so I am not starting from a blank page every time.

What do you need from me before day 1?

Your business name, what you do, where you do it, your hours, your prices if you publish them, photos, and the domain login if you have one. If all you have is a Facebook page, send me that and I will start from it.

How do I pay?

Half when you say go, half on day 7. Cards through Stripe, or Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App with no fee.

Ben Miller, who builds every site.

I am Ben. I build every one of these myself.

I live in Tuscaloosa. I write the copy, set the type, wire the form, point the domain, and answer the text when a price changes. There is no account manager and no ticket queue, which is how a site gets done in a week.

I am also a licensed realtor with Harwood Real Estate, so I have spent years watching what it costs a small business when the phone stops ringing. The same week and the same prices apply to a barber, a plumber, or a bakery.

Start with a text.

Text today and it is live in seven days.

Send your business name and what you have now: nothing, a Facebook page, or a site you are tired of. I answer the same day, usually within the hour. If you would rather type it out, the form goes to the same phone.

Text Ben

Sending this gives me your number so I can text you back about your site. Nothing else, and there is no list to get on.
